Our story

Our workshop story

Built in Singapore, CycleSavvy was set up to make bicycle care more practical for riders who need honest assessments and well-organized service.

Since 2021, the workshop has supported riders with general servicing and repairs that are planned around real bicycle condition, not guesswork. We begin with a service inquiry, inspect the bicycle, and then confirm the scope before any repair work continues.

That approach helps customers understand what is urgent, what is optional, and how the service will be carried out. It also keeps parts ordering and turnaround times tied to compatibility and supplier availability.

After the repair and adjustment work is complete, we carry out a quality check and share a service summary so the completed work is easy to follow.
